We believe that BBQs signify tasty, rustic food, shared with people close to you. And we are no stranger to sharing platters here at the Fat Boar, so to stay true to what we are about by creating a sharing meal for our entry:
Whole BBQ spatchcock chicken (Hugh john jones butchers)
In a sticky Wrexham lager marinade, leek & pulled ham macaroni cheese (cheese supplied by Gareth Williams dairy, mold) red cabbage & apple slaw, Cajun buttered corn, served with tortilla baskets & skinny fries.
